How we've reshaped Sport & Green meal plans strategy
Sport & Green is an exciting new meal plan focused on professional athletes and very active people. All dishes are planned by sports nutritionists and cooked by french chefs, tailor-made for each person and their specific needs, their bodies, their sport and goals.
Developed and backed by former professional athletes, they sell a subscription plan via their website and are also available in some physical gyms and sports venues in France.
With most of the initial focus of the business put into finding partnerships with sports venues and professional teams, the online subscription plan was in need for a robust strategy and clear definition of the different plans and variations as well as the best target for each of them and the correct messaging.
The website was not clear on this and we were tasked, with complete freedom, to restructure it, redesign whatever needed and make the products and the messaging clear, also adding a layer of personalisation to the user experience, the key differentiation of Sport & Green plans.
On top of this, there was also the need to set up and develop a CRM and Email Marketing strategy, to assure the personalisation experience before and after the purchase.
The result was nearly a completely new website, where we’ve developed 3 separate plans and all the content to support each of them, including a personalised checkout experience to allow Sport & Green nutritionist and chef to immediately engage with clients and prospects knowing as much information about them as possible.
We’ve simplified checkout and added all the necessary content to show to first time visitors why Sport & Green is the right choice.
Alongside with the work on the CRM, Sport & Green has all the pillars to continue their amazing journey.
