How we've unlocked better sales processes with CRM optimisation and training
Wessex Fleet are Fleet Management experts, founded in 2004, helping their customers on every step of the journey from finding the very best offers through streamlining the document signing process, answering any questions once the vehicle has delivered, and helping to manage fleet policies and ensuring these are tailored to any business’ needs.
They also offer personal and business leasing through Car Lease Special Offers, bespoke fleet and grey fleet management, vehicle rentals, driving licence checks, driver training and much more
As the company progresses and grows, both in clients and team members, there is the need for updating their processes and making sure they are the most efficient for the business, and this includes of course Sales and Client Management processes.
At this time, Wessex had just started testing Hubspot, via their free version, and while immediately realising the potential of such tool, it was clear that the Directors as well as the Sales team did not have yet enough experience to unlock all the capabilities of this tool.
In that sense, they have contacted PunchUp to not only optimise and expand the current Hubspot setup, but also train the sales team on how to best use it and make the most of it now and in the future.
After 1 month of optimisation work from our side, followed by a series of training sessions, the team successfully started to fully manage their pipelines via Hubspot, migrating from a much more manual system, and being able to centralise all contact info in one place only.
This has been great not only to make the sales team life a lot easier but also to untap opportunities that could otherwise be missed, by using automated reminders, filters and rules which can qualify and label contacts as they move through the different stages.
